I started Selfcare Revolution because I found out the hard way that the basics actually work.

On my own health and wellness journey, what actually moved the needle wasn't anything complicated - it was going back to the fundamentals. Hydrating. Nourishing my body. Moving. Resting. Reflecting. When I started doing those things consistently, everything else began to shift.

I'm no health guru, I was a procrastinator for a long time and if I can build these habits, anyone can.
